Booking conditions & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking

You can send a request for availability and wait for our answer (info@hotellavittoria.it).

Alternatively, you can book online following our website www.hotellavittoria.it

Following the request you will be sent an offer (non-binding). 

You will have successfully booked accommodation at Boutique Hotel La Vittoria after we have accepted your booking request as stipulated.

You will not have successfully booked accommodation with us if we do not approve your booking request.

To make changes to the booking you can contact the front desk staff that will do everything they can to satisfy your request.

However, we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of this request. 

If the reservation is moved to a period in which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.

2. Payment

Accepted payment methods: cash and credit card.

The balance of the reservation must be paid on departure.

The tourist tax has to be paid directly on location of the Hotel. (1,50€ per night per person)

A credit card secures the booking, with NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED. Payment on the day of departure. Good note will be taken of your credit card details which will be held only as guarantee of the booking. According to the Italian law 196/2003, the hotel is allowed to check the authenticity of the credit card details given.

Boutique Hotel La Vittoria reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the client requesting a pre-authorization to the circuit belonging. With pre-authorization the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or part of it, to make sure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS INCREASED.

3. Advance Payment, “Non-Refundable”:

The ‘’non-refundable’’ Rate provides for full payment at the time of booking with a credit card. For advanced bookings you can prepay the total amount by bank transfer. The full amount is not refundable in any case.

4. Arrival & Departure Times

Check-in : 15.00pm
Check-out : 11.00am
Early check-in or late check-out upon request and subject on availability

We kindly inform our hotel guests that the Check out time is by 11:00 am.

Late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed and allowed by the Reception in advance. It will be will apply as penalty an extra charge: 50% of the room rate for the day.

5. Cancel a Booking 

You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival (except for last-minute reservations made 48 hours or less in advance).

You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel 7 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show. 

Boutique Hotel La Vittoria reserves the right to credit the total amount due for cancellations after this period.

In the event of cancellation or amendment:

- up to 7 days prior to arrival: no penalty

- cancellations or subsequent amendments: penalty the total amount.

No Refund in case the guest decides to interrupt the stay already taken and is therefore required to pay for the entire stay booked.

6. NoShow: (non-arrival)

In the event of a non-arrival: Penalty the total amount.

No refunds will be given for early check-outs.
